You will receive an e-mail message letting you know your package has shipped to you. Expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days after we ship your order. If you want your package sooner, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

All quilts are shipped FOB Colorado Springs, CO (which means that you pay for the shipping from Colorado Springs, CO). We normally use UPS, and your package is automatically insured for $100.00. Additional insurance is available for an additional charge, approximately one dollar per $100 of insurance. If you choose not to add additional insurance on an order and it is lost or damaged in shipment, you are responsible for any resulting loss. Your completed order constitutes your offer to purchase quiting services from Black Forest Quilting LLC. We reserve the right to accept or decline quilting your top.
